Curators in Residence Supermarket
Recognizing Black History Month

About the Curators

Supermarket is an experimental art gallery ran by Maria Gabriela Di Giammarco, Mario Andres Rodriguez, and Jahi Khalfani.

Supermarket serves as a playful and intuitive platform for exhibitions, dialogue, and performances. We're committed to realizing art's purpose as a force for human expression and communication through direct collaboration with both "emerging" and "established" artists.

Supermarket is a reaction to the pretense of certain narratives and perspectives in the art industry. This reaction takes the form of an eclectic and multidisciplinary program centered around the core magic of art and fostering a diverse community grounded in mutual respect, empowerment, authenticity, sustainability, and cooperation.
