About the Artist

Yossi Peled is an Israeli born artist who lives in New York City. He works exclusively with metal, combining construction wire with differently sized wire-mesh, to create monumental works that challenge the inherent limitations of the medium. In Yossi’s hands the most insignificant wire can be bent over and over, twisted in all directions, and hammered repeatedly until it metamorphoses, almost magically, into an object that comes to life exuding grace and beauty.
