Art As Healing: Collage & Connect Community Healing Circle

  • collaboARTive 4726 Southwest 75th Avenue Miami, FL, 33155 United States (map)

Quarterly Community Circle Hosted by YaYa Por Vida in collaboration with collaboARTive, Inc.

In these times of uncertainty and frustration, we return to what our ancestors knew well: healing begins in community—through creativity, rest, and connection.

REST. RECHARGE. CREATE. RESIST.

Join us for a special quarterly edition of Collage & Connect that centers Art as Healing. Together with YaYa Por Vida, collaboARTive is creating a gentle, welcoming circle where creative play becomes a tool for grounding, reflection, and collective care.

Collage & Connect is part of our ongoing commitment to creative play: a free gathering that offers time to connect (or reconnect) to your own creativity. It’s a chance to sit quietly, work new parts of your brain, and see things in a different way—alongside others.

In this Community Healing Circle, we’ll bring that same Collage & Connect spirit into a longer, hybrid evening: sharing simple ways to begin, exchanging inspiration, talking about collage techniques and materials, and making space for quiet making, deep breaths, and the soft sounds of tearing paper.

These sessions are free and open to all. Come as you are.

What to Expect

  • A community healing circle centered on creativity, rest, and connection
