About 1310 Gallery at Artspace Sailboat Bend Lofts

1310 Gallery is an artist-run exhibition space within Sailboat Bend Lofts, a community dedicated to affordable homes for working artists. Under Lennar Homes, the building continues to support creative talent and public programming in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

The community’s various disciplined professional, mid-career and emerging talent includes painters, photographers, writers, poets, sculptors, dancers, musicians, actors, and graphic designers.

The artists come together with various local artists, nonprofits, and art groups to create art exhibits, film screenings, workshops, and more in their three-floor gallery space as well as the Fort Lauderdale Historic Commission building next door.  These events are always free to the public.  A new exhibit on the last Friday of the month. Many of our Curators feature multiple events.
