EXHIBITION AGREEMENT

1. ARTWORK SELECTION
Jean Font and Ignacio Font will have sole discretion in selecting artwork to be included in collaboARTive's exhibition at Feria Clandestina 2025. Final selection decisions will be communicated to participating artists by OCTOBER 30, 2025.
2. ARTWORK DELIVERY & PREPARATION
Delivery Deadline: All selected artwork must be delivered to collaboARTive by December 1, 2025.
Installation Requirements:
All works must be ready to hang with either a wire or d-hooks properly installed on the back - or as agreed upon selection.
All works must be clearly labeled on the back with the following information:
Artist name
Artist phone number
Work title
Sale price
Installation: Jean Font and Ignacio Font will handle the installation on December 3, 2025. Artists may offer to assist with installation if available.
3. PARTICIPATION FEE
Each participating artist will be invoiced $100 as a participation fee to cover fair expenses and logistics. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.
4. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
For all artwork sales during the fair:
Artist receives: 70% of sale price
collaboARTive, Inc. retains: 15% of sale price
Seller commission: 15% of sale price
Total commission collected by collaboARTive, Inc.: 30%
5. EVENT TIMELINE & SCHEDULE
Key Dates:
Artwork Delivery: December 1, 2025
Arrival: December 3, 2025
Late Check-out: December 7, 2025 (no later than 9:00 AM)
Installation & Setup:
Installation Day: December 3, 2025 | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Note: Feria Clandestina will assign specific arrival schedules by group
Fair Schedule:
Opening Day: Thursday, December 4, 2025 | Starting at 12:00 PM
Fair Hours: Thursday, December 4 | 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Opening Party: Thursday, December 4 | 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
After Party: Thursday, December 4 | 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM (RSVP required)
Fair Hours: Friday, December 5 | 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Fair Hours: Saturday, December 6 | 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
De-installation:
De-installation Day: December 6, 2025 | 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
6. ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES
Pay the $100 participation fee within the specified timeframe
Deliver artwork to collaboARTive by December 1, 2025
Ensure all artwork is properly prepared with hanging hardware (wire or d-hooks)
Label all artwork on the back with artist name, phone number, work title, and price
Provide high-quality artwork as selected by Jean & Ignacio Font
May offer to assist with installation on December 3, 2025 (optional)
Attend fair days as personal schedule allows
Participate in promotional activities as requested
7. ORGANIZATION RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle all fair logistics and booth management
Manage artwork installation on December 3, 2025
Process sales transactions and distribute payments
Provide promotional support for participating artists
Coordinate installation and de-installation activities
8. PAYMENT TERMS
Artist payments from sales will be distributed within 30 days following the conclusion of the fair, after all sales have been finalized and payments received.
9. AGREEMENT
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
